I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults on a one-to-one basis. I have experience of working with problems relating to stress, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger, abuse, eating disorders, relationships and change.
The initial session is to see if we want to work together. There is no obligation. Sessions are 50 minutes and I charge £32 per session.
I will work with you, towards an agreed, achievable goal, offering support as you make the changes you want in your life.
I also offer relationship counselling to couples.
About me
I have a Certificate in Person Centred Counselling and I have completed four years of psychotherapy training at the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy. I am now in advanced clinical training in Transactional Analysis. My background is in education and Adult and Family Learning.
My strength is in helping adults to find a more rewarding place for themselves in their lives.
I work within the code of ethics laid down by the ITA and I am in regular supervision.
